Two honest notes. First, the labour of installing Cat6 and Cat6A is nearly identical — the cost difference is mostly material, which is why we often recommend Cat6A for new fit-outs: you pay a little more once and don’t re-cable when your access points and workloads grow. Second, fibre isn’t “better copper” — it’s a different tool. A good design usually mixes both: fibre for the backbone, copper to the desk.
Tested, Certified and Documented — or It Didn’t Happen
Anyone can pull cable. What you’re actually buying is proof that every link works to standard — and a paper trail that makes the installation maintainable for the next decade.
Every copper link we install is certification-tested (Fluke-type testing against TIA-568 / ISO/IEC 11801 performance limits — not just a continuity beep), and every fibre run is OTDR-tested so you can see the loss budget, splices and connectors along the route. Every cable and port is labelled to a consistent scheme, and you receive as-built cable schedules at handover: what runs where, terminated on which port, tested with what result.

Our Installation Process
01 · Site survey — free. Building layout, containment routes, comms room locations, counts and distances — and the constraints your fit-out or landlord adds.
02 · Design and fixed quote. Cable schedule, containment plan, rack layouts — then a fixed, itemised quotation priced per data point and run, not a lump-sum guess.
03 · First fix and containment. Conduit, tray and trunking installed in coordination with other trades — the stage that decides whether the job ends tidy.
04 · Pulling, termination and dressing. Cables pulled to route, terminated at both ends, cabinets dressed properly.
05 · Testing, certification and handover. Every link tested, results compiled, labels applied, as-builts delivered — and support afterwards if you want it.
What Does Structured Cabling Cost in Dubai?
Cabling is usually priced per data point for copper and per run for fibre — but the honest answer to “how much?” depends on five things:
1. Point count and distances — a 20-point office and a 200-point floor are different jobs.
2. Cable category — Cat6A materials cost more than Cat6; fibre is priced by run, splicing and terminations.
3. Containment — existing usable tray and conduit brings cost down; new containment through finished ceilings adds labour.
4. Site condition and access — occupied offices, out-of-hours work and coordination with other trades all matter.
5. Testing and documentation scope — certification and as-builts are included in our quotes; treat any quote that omits them as incomplete.
The survey is free, and the quotation that follows is fixed and itemised. The number you see is the number you pay.

Inherited a Cabling Mess?
A familiar Dubai story: the office has been through three tenants and two “quick fixes”, nothing is labelled, and the cabinet looks like a plate of noodles. You don’t necessarily need to re-cable.
We audit what’s there, test every link, re-terminate and dress the cabinets, label everything to one scheme, and hand you the documentation the original installers never produced. What fails testing gets replaced; what passes gets kept. It’s often a fraction of the cost of starting again — and it turns an unmanageable network back into a managed one.

What cabling standards do you use in Dubai?
TIA-568 and ISO/IEC 11801 — the international standards that define how structured cabling is designed, installed and tested. In practice that governs everything from bend radius and separation from power to the performance limits every link must pass at certification. Do you handle office fit-out cabling in Dubai?
Yes — it’s a large share of our work. We coordinate with fit-out contractors, consultants and building management, install containment at first fix, and return for termination, testing and handover as the fit-out completes.
Should I choose Cat6 or Cat6A?
For most new Dubai fit-outs we recommend Cat6A: it supports 10GBASE-T over a full 90-metre permanent link (100-metre channel), handles PoE-heavy loads and modern Wi-Fi access points comfortably, and the installation labour is nearly the same as Cat6. Cat6 remains a sound budget choice for standard office use. The survey settles it against your actual distances and plans.
How is structured cabling priced?
Copper is typically priced per data point and fibre per run, with containment, site condition and testing scope driving the rest. Our quotations are fixed and itemised after a free survey — and always include certification testing and as-built documentation.
What do we receive at handover?
Certified test results for every copper link, OTDR results for every fibre run, a consistent labelling scheme applied to cables, ports and panels, and as-built cable schedules showing what runs where. That pack is what makes the installation maintainable — and it’s included, not an extra.
Can you extend or repair our existing cabling?
Yes. We test what’s installed, reuse everything that passes, replace what doesn’t, and bring the labelling and documentation up to standard. Partial upgrades — say, Cat6A for a new area tied into an existing Cat6 floor — are routine.
Do you install fibre only, without copper works?
Yes — fibre cable pulling, splicing and termination, ODF and patch-panel installation, and OTDR testing as a standalone scope, whether it’s a riser backbone or a link between buildings.
